Take advantage of the kitchen being open Monday - Thursday and Sunday until 10 p.m. and Friday - Saturday until midnight: BLU's restaurant, also equipped as a pizzeria, offers dozens of dishes deriving from the ability and creativity of chef Davide Asietti. Fresh and genuine ingredients, often produced locally, are carefully balanced to recreate traditional recipes as well as to provide original and innovative dishes, all able to satisfy the most discerning palates, even vegetarian and vegan.

To accompany the meals, choose from BLU's extensive wine list or be advised on the most appropriate wine. A wide range of quality wines selected from among the best Ticino and international vineyards is available to complete the flavour of each dish with the right touch of delight.
